This is a Friday Night English Lesson where we looked at agreeing and disagreeing. There are many features in English where people assume it is just ‘polite’ to do. However there is a deeper reason we use Modals, Comparatives and Quantifiers. Furthermore, if you don’t use these features of English, you may have more problems.
You can review the lesson and test your English knowledge by clicking on the button below and working through the lesson. You can also share the link and challenge your friends!
If you haven’t joined this amazing bi-weekly free English lesson already, what are you waiting for?
I host the meetups on Zoom and use SlidesWithFriends so everyone can get involved, answer questions and ask me for advice. The best part? It is all anonymous! You don’t need to turn on your camera or speak. So if you are shy, don’t worry. After the lesson, if you want to stay, chat with me or other students, you can practice your spoken English then. It is a lot of fun and if you make the top 10 leaderboard, you have a chance to win a Private 1 to 1 lesson with me!
